They read different tags. Google takes your title tag and meta description. X reads twitter:title first, then og:title. LinkedIn reads the Open Graph only. Setting one of the three leaves the other two to guess.

A title tag and a meta description for search, then og:title, og:description and og:image for everything that is shared. Add the twitter: tags only when you want X to show something different.

Either the page has no og:image, or its address is relative. Social platforms fetch that image from the outside, so it has to be a full https address.

Platforms cache what they fetched. X, LinkedIn and Facebook each have a debugger that forces a new read of your page.
